Automatic environment update

Dear all,

I would like to know if the current Winedt allows us to automatically
update an environment automatically. For example:
I have
\begin{A}

\end{A}

I change \begin{A} to \begin{B}, is possible to automatically change
\end{A} to \end{B} as I change \begin{A} to \begin{B}?

Better than that, there is a sort of contextual shortcut, ">": typing
"\begin{xxx}>" will either propose to change xxx to something else if
there is also a companion "\end{xxx}", or will complete the environment
if there isn't.
